Is the app free?
Yes, the Beed app is completely free. You can download it for free from the App Store and Google Play Store.
What devices does it work on?
Beed works on iOS and Android devices. Minimum requirements are iOS 15.6 and Android 11 (API 30).
Is creating an account mandatory?
No, you can also use the app anonymously. However, you may need to create an account for some features (data synchronization, expert communication, etc.).
Is my data safe?
Yes, the security of your data is very important to us. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and protected with Firebase security rules. For detailed information, you can review the Privacy Policy page.
What languages does it support?
Beed offers support for 50+ languages. Content is automatically translated to your selected language. You can change your language settings from within the app.
How can I become an expert?
To become an expert, you can apply for "Expert Application" from within the app. After your application is reviewed and approved, your expert profile page will be created and you can contact families.
How can I backup my performance data?
When you sign in with your account, all your data is automatically stored on cloud servers. You can access your data even when you change your device.
Is an internet connection required?
An internet connection is required for some features (translation, expert communication, etc.). However, basic features can also be used offline.
